Hire rates can be negotiated if you are a regular hirer.

Hire option notes
Commercial
The commercial hire rate applies to all businesses and government organisations (hall and meeting rooms). Community groups charging fees for their events and or an entry fee are also subject to paying the commercial rate.
Key bond
Fully refunded on return of all keys.
Bond – low and medium risk
Low and medium bond both depend on the number of people, and will apply to evengts e.g. no alcohol, time of day, etc.
There is no alcohol or party food to be brought into the venue in case there is damage to the timber floor.
